The 2010 Jerk Dance Contest Rules!

1. There must be a Robison Orthodontics patient of record in every video entry
2. One Robison Orthodontics T-shirt must be visible in your video entry
3. You must use the clean version of any song you choose to use for your video
4. You must submit video entry at either Mesa or Gilbert office by May 26th, 2010
5. Entries may be emailed to patti@robisonortho.com, but must be in by May 26th deadline. We will call you to let you know we were able to download your video.
6. Videos may be viewed on our facebook all throughout the contest
7. Voting will take place on our website June 1st – June 15th
   • Visit our website at www.robisonortho.com/contest/vote for voting instructions starting May 15th
8. Winners will be posted on June 19th ; prizes can be picked up at the Gilbert or Mesa offices after June 20th
9. Each patient will receive 16 Beach Bucks for a video entry
10. $ CASH $ Prizes will be given for:
    • The most original rendition of the Jerk dance
    • The most people in one group
    • The most original location
    • The most Robison Orthodontics T-shirts in a group
11. The prize will be given to the patient who submitted the video
12. Each category winner will receive $100
13. You must be doing a version of the jerk dance in your video
14. If you don't know how to do the jerk, you can go to You-tube and enter jerk dance instruction to learn how.
